The cityhall is located in Rotterdam on the Coolsingel and was built somewhere between 1914 and 1920. It is one of the few buildings in the centre of Rotterdam that survived the bombardment of May 14, 1940. The cityhall is accessible for guided tours. In addition, the cityhall is located directly on the Stadhuisplein, which is a vibrant square full of restaurants and cafés.
